NOT JUST OLDER – HEALTHIER TOO
Each generation lives longer, but frequently in poorer health. Our life expectancy is on the rise and at the same time the diseases caused by our lifestyle such as allergies, poor concentration, diabetes or obesity are spreading. We are eating ourselves sick and weakening our vitality.
Our parents and grandparents satisfied their hunger with various kinds of healthy potato dishes. We resort to ready-to-serve products consisting of potato starch low in minerals such as purée, crisps or crackers.
Our forefathers ate wholemeal bread. We use mainly low-vitamin white flour: margarine instead of butter, fruit yogurt instead of fruit, milky bars instead of milk.
Instead of eating nutritious food we are consuming mostly industrially produced foodstuffs. The higher the level of refinement the lower the amount of vital substances and the health value of what we eat.
