Out of the diverse findings of all these interrelated studies more than a dozen process and application patents have come into being in the course of twenty years – some now globally acknowledged.

The development and production of highly nutritious food composites and their testing in clinical studies and process observation gave us a precise picture of the interaction between foodstuffs and the human metabolism. At the same time the immense influence of our daily food intake on our well-being and health was confirmed.
