We have been doing intensive research work for years, have chemically analysed ground samples and foodstuffs, have experimented with germinating grain and examined vegetable substances. Out of the diverse findings of all these interrelated studies more than a dozen process and application patents have come into being in the course of twenty years – some now globally acknowledged.

The development and production of highly nutritious food composites and their testing in clinical studies and process observation gave us a precise picture of the interaction between foodstuffs and the human metabolism. At the same time the immense influence of our daily food intake on our well-being and health was confirmed.
